Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations within 24 hours of the service, will be charged 50% of your appointment total as part of Embrace Your Rootz LLC. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ALL NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged 100%(Full Service price) of your appointment total. NO EXCEPTIONS.
